Freshly Picked Moccasins!

Okay, okay, I know it's been A WHILE since I last posted, but let's just pretend my little hiatus never existed.

Life is absolutely crazy right now! Dax will be two in a couple of months and is running all over the place all the time, Brooks just started a new job which are both just thrilled about, and I'm over here just trying to keep up with callings/work/friends/chores/etc.

Ever since Dax learned to walk he has been OBSESSED with shoes. When we get him a new pair he insists on putting them on immediately and then stomps around in the kitchen on the wood floor to make noise and just grins from ear to ear! It's the cutest thing ever. He has some cute sandals and tennis shoes, but as much as we love them, it can be pretty annoying to have to keep putting them on after falling off (or just to get the tennis shoes on in the first place). That's why we are crazy about Freshly Picked Moccasins!

I first got a pair of these moccs when Dax was a couple of months old as a Christmas gift from my mother-in-law. I had always thought they were darling, but wasn't sure about spending the money on them before he could walk. After getting them though, I was converted 100% and he wore them practically every day until he outgrew them! He only got his latest pair a couple of weeks ago, but they already are dirty and well loved from so much use hahaha.

The best part about the moccs is how easy they are to get on and how well they STAY on! Since Dax insists on going to the park just about every single day and is climbing on jungle gyms non stop, it is soooo nice to not have to constantly keep track of his shoes and readjust them! We really are truly obsessed with them and they are one of my top baby items that I recommend to new moms! So you should probably go snag a pair....

I will definitely try to be better about updating on here more often! Daxton is just too cute to not share.
